These numbers came in about 8-10 pieces and were pretty easy to assemble. They literally up nicely in a bright room during the day time and included a piece for a stand. I loved the options for battery or usb. This is a great 1 day option for a party. We assembled and threw it away at the end of the party. The foam board pieces had notches in them that helped it be more secure. Just be careful where you put this together because the hot glue run.
